A lot of people don't want to acknowledge BLACKPINK as the biggest girl group, be it for hatred or jealousy that their fav gg doesn't have that title, but like people says numbers and achievements don't lie, since their debut BP were big, really big for a South Korean group, but in 2018 they entered the global market and have been climbing to the top, not just as a girl group, but even competing with the biggest artists in the west, their stream and sale power is surpassing some of the biggest names and being mention with Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande... ,they didn't just exceed the obstacles of being an Asian act that sings in Korean, but also everything that is against a female artist, a girl group.

They are a girl group like no other, their dynamic, work class, personalities, being muiltilengual, their multiple talents, their charisma, everything that makes BP, BLACKPINK, their producers, everyone that conform their staff, even the directives in YGE, they may have never expected BP to be this big all over the world, but they definitely had something different in mind with BP, and it works, now they just have to play the cards in the correct way, BP has so much more potential, they ain't in their peak yet, with just 23 original songs they have achieved all of this, they are just starting, and we BLINK we'll be right here waiting for them.

One of the reasons why BLACKPINK gets so much hate, a part of it may be because they are one of the game changers in KPOP where they've innovated themselves into global artists and in the process of doing so, they anger people who do not like change in terms of their style of music nowadays.

Additionally, when I say "people who do not like change" it's not just listeners of KPOP but also listeners of western music. Both sides of the spectrum are shaken because they can't put BLACKPINK in either categories and yet a lot of people call BLACKPINK T-H-E girl group today.

The east and the west are being shaken when an artist rises above both cultural, structural, and linguistic standards of music. More so that they're female artists. For this, I have to give BLACKPINK, Teddy, and the YG team more credit cause its unbelievably difficult to manage the cultural, social, and political differences of not just the east and west but all countries who now have easy access to BLACKPINK's music, videos, and content.

This is an unchartered territory only few have travelled. Blinks should really be more understanding and united in helping the group as a whole in this unique journey of theirs.

Being divided and pitting one member against the other is like destroying the support system of your favourite. Never forget, the higher one goes, the lesser true friends they have, so why destroy the people who work hard and toil with them day and night? This thought makes me want to protect the girls more.
